Job Location: India (Remote work from IND)
Base Salary: USD 17-USD 25 per month
Qualifications: Graduate
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update various office records, including customer, inventory, and employee records.
  • Process and manage office supplies, from ordering to receiving and distributing.
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including tasks such as filing, photocopying, and email correspondence.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and address complaints by providing information and resolving issues.
  • Perform various clerical tasks as assigned, such as preparing presentations, reports, and other documents.

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
