Overview

FisGlobal is currently seeking dynamic individuals to join its team as IT Security Analyst I (Information Security) in Manesar, Gurgaon, Haryana. This role involves providing day-to-day technical support for endpoint security software and offers a unique opportunity to enhance IT and cybersecurity skillsets.

Responsibilities

Successful candidates will have:

1. Technical Support

• Provide day-to-day technical support for endpoint security software like Trend Micro Office Scan, Carbon Black Response, and Cylance on workstations, laptops, and servers.
• Troubleshoot and process email security appliances and web security proxies (e.g., Cisco Email Security, Cisco Cloud Web Security, and Cisco Umbrella).
• Assist in firewall requests, including access list changes and troubleshooting.
• Facilitate report requests using our Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platform.

2. Skill Growth and Problem-Solving

• Actively learn and grow IT and cybersecurity skillsets.
• Tackle unique IT challenges with adaptability and agility.
• Drive continuous improvement in efficiencies and innovations.

3. Documentation and Communication

• Develop technical and process documentation to enhance operational processes.
• Communicate highly technical information in layman's terms to non-technical users.

4. Additional Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of information technology and infrastructure projects.
• Contribute to customer confidence by ensuring the security of the financial world.

Required Qualifications:

• Understanding of network security concepts, antivirus solutions, and firewall platforms.
• Familiarity with email and web security.
• Experience in a client-facing environment or exposure to customer communication is advantageous.
