Incident Analysis and Validation: Analyze and validate cybersecurity incidents in detail, collaborating with the L3 team and contributing to RCA or data and logs collection.
Knowledge Transfer and Training: Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions by creating and maintaining configuration documents, test plans, and operational manuals. Provide operational training to the L1 team.
Policy Analysis and Fine-Tuning: Analyze and fine-tune cybersecurity policies, actively participating in cybersecurity review calls related to change requests. Offer recommendations on cybersecurity policy changes.
