Job Overview at DMart for Freshers

As a fresher at DMart's retail grocery store, your primary responsibility is to complete daily tasks promptly. Department-specific KRAs will be assigned to you upon joining.

Job Responsibilities:

• Scan products in POS,
• Generate bills and payment receipts,
• Count money back to customers accurately,
• Assist store staff during peak hours,
• Collect payments (cash or credit),
• Maintain clean checkout areas,
• Greet customers daily,
• Ensure section upkeep and stock replenishment,
• Execute timely signage printing,
• Manage FIFO, LIFO, FEFO & Expiry,
• Provide excellent customer service,
• Perform daily stock counts and check sales.

Required Qualifications:

• Basic computer knowledge,
• Strong communication and time management skills,
• Basic mathematics skills,
• No experience is required; freshers are welcome,
• Team player mindset.

Shift Schedule:

• Day shift: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (9 hours),
• Evening shift: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (9 hours),
• Rotational shift: 9 hours between 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM,
• Part-time available: 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM (5 hours).
