Key Responsibilities:
- Execute analysis, design, test, or integration under the guidance of senior engineering resources.
- Define, support, and deliver components, assemblies, or systems meeting business standards and program/product requirements.
- Present technical data to internal and external stakeholders.
- Document and communicate results of technical data.
- Collaborate on teams addressing specific organizational initiatives.
- Share engineering information, fostering open dialogue.
- Prepare invention disclosures to protect technological advancements.
- Assure proper documentation of technical data for assigned projects following engineering policies and procedures.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum 2-4 years of engineering experience.

Job-Specific Requirements:
- Knowledge of Electrical Power systems, load flow, and short circuit studies.
- Experience in Control and Protection engineering for substations up to 765kV/400kV/220KV.
- Proficiency in preparing/designing scheme drawings using E-CAD tools (e.g., EB software/E-Plan/AutoCAD Electrical).
- Experience in a Substation automation system based on IEC61850 standards.
- Expertise in IO Mapping, and troubleshooting database issues in SAS system/RTU-based systems.
- Familiarity with PLCC/FOTE engineering and interfacing between CRP & SAS with Telecom Equipment.
- Knowledge of major AIS & GIS components, such as Circuit breakers, Isolators, CSD, PDM & interlock schemes.
- Knowledge of Process Bus-oriented digital CT/VTs & associated Circuit Breakers & Isolators.
- Understanding of CT and VT sizing calculations.
- Familiarity with different makes of Numerical protection relays and BCUs.
- Knowledge of protection relay application/setting calculations and coordination.
- Expertise in control cable engineering in substations.
- Understanding of LV/LT auxiliary systems.
- Experience in Relay Testing, Equipment Testing, Control/Protection scheme testing & SAS Commissioning (min 1 year) will be given additional weightage.
